We hope you love your order, but if in the unfortunate event that there is a problem with your product, we do accept eligible returns within 14 days of your purchase date.
Please note that returns outside the 14 day return window will not be accepted, refunded or mailed back.

Please understand that we are a small, independent business and as such, exchanges and returns as routine are not financially viable for us at this stage. Please read the fit descriptions provided, look at the size guides to ensure it's exactly as you intend. We appreciate your understanding and are so grateful for your support of our business.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Size is not as represented in the Size Guide for the product (displayed on Product Page)
- Please email us at hello@badmommy.shop with your order number.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Received the Wrong Item
- Please email us at hello@badmommy.shop with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received and we'll resolve the situation.
Received a Defective Item
- Please email us at hello@badmommy.shop with your order number and a photo of the defective item you received and we'll resolve the situation.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS & REFUNDS
- The item has been worn or washed.
- You changed your mind
- The item has been altered in any way.
- The item does not have the original tags on it.
- E-gift cards and sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with the policies above.
